Home is part of a duplex. This is the front half of the unit in a very peaceful neighborhood. Conveniently located 6 minutes from FLL and 10 minutes from Hard Rock Casino. Plenty of dining options within a 5 minute commute. Publix supermarkets within a 5 minute drive in two directions. Property is as described and the pictures are accurate. Communication with the hosts was easy and they responded within minutes of any query we had. Would definitely return! The hot tub was a bonus and really nice for a morning coffee or a night cap.

Great stay in Dania Beach. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was convenient with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and the airport. The host was responsive and made everything simple from check-in to check-out. I would definitely stay here again.

All I can say is if you need a sign to book here is your sign! This place was so nice, pictures match the description. The hot tub was my favourite feature, the beds were comfy and we were close to many spots. Thank you for such an amazing stay! Will book again in future. Thanks again 😌⭐️
